A refreshing, energising salad, great for a lunchtime lift, or as a side with baked potatoes or a barbecue!
½ punnet (60g) alfalfa sprouts
2 red apples, cored and sliced
2 green apples, cored and sliced
1 cup grapes
1 cup cottage cheese
50g walnut pieces
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss lightly and serve.
